New Illustration

The following commentary illustration was done for Education Week and accompanied an article applauding the Obama administration's directive that policymakers determine what programs work so that programs that don't work can be cut. The article goes on by exploring the idea that before policymakers can do this, the administration needs to be innovative in determining what works about "what works."
